Two shots of a female mantis taken the last autumn.Using a 2X Kenko teleconverter the results about sharpnes wasn´t too bad IMO.

.....I never use such HighIso values but shooting in AV mode and Liveview the ISO was set-up automatically.

Hallo Remy,

das zweite gefällt mir unheimlich gut.
Wenn ich dann noch lese ISO 5000!
Davon sieht man dem Foto nichts an.
Die Schärfe ist sehr gut und der Blick in die Kamera genial.
Ich würde nur unten das kleine Stückchen Beinchen am
Bildrand stempeln.

Two beautiful shots of a mantis, I prefer the second one with slight ad-
vantage. I think, the sharpness of the combi, which I also use, is very
good, beautiful colours and a good composition as well.
