Hallo,
"delicate wonder of nature" is the female gender
If you really like them, they will appear like gold even early in the morning!
Particularly if is Lycaena tityris, Brauner Feuerfalter (german), Sooty Copper (english).
This butterfly is also called Schwefelvögelchen in Germany which means something like sulfur-bird.
Yes I suppose it's female gender, because of the golden colour, and golden bird would be a good name too.
The morning dew on it's surface is very beautiful!
Though I would have deleted the white line on the left side next to the feet, and I can see a bit of pattern in the green colour below, I enjoyed watching!
